I know I've had some extra carb cravings since the effexor, but for the most part I really believe it was the effexor. I didnt change my eating much, and the weight came on all within 6 months. I wasnt eating that much food! 50 lbs is alot to gain in 6 months! I have stretch marks all over, I hate it!
I am reducing 37.5 mg every two weeks. I tried doing one week, but was too light headed. I was at 225, now down to 150, and next week to 102.5. I'm gonna take a slow after all the horror withdrawel stories i've heard. But once i'm off, I really am interested to see what will happen with the weight. How much have ya'll gained? We'll have to keep up with this. How long till your off the Effexor?
