LD ~ So are you convinced it's the Effexor that put the weight on? How are you weaning yourself off of it? I've stopped taking my evening dose, but I'm waking up with a racing heart and diarrhea (which is why I started the evening dose in the first place... and then the weight started coming on). I took Prozac for three months, but my libido took a nosedive. I'm wondering the same question as you; will the weight just come off or is it going to be a struggle. Let's try to get to the bottom of this! Alli
