Oh Witti. I wish your pdoc had been more sensitive to your discomfort.
Your story gave me that yucky don't touch me feeling. I had a not so nice childhood too. I always need a trashcan next to me in therapy cuz I feel like I'm going to need be sick. I never actually am, but I need that can or I can't talk.
Your mom sounds so scary. She violated your little body with her roughness and cruelty. She was supposed to love and protect you.
Thank you for sharing your story with us. If think it's true what they say - the more you talk, the easier it will be, and after about...oh heck, a 1000 times that you tell the stories...you'll feel stronger and your abuser becomes weaker and weaker in your mind.
