I've been on a long and very unpleasant trail of SSRIs and SNRIs, all with horrible side effects, the worst always being that they induce in me a feeling of being permanently "concussed" and a couple have made me feel really badly suicidal. My doctor has suggested I try Manerix, but fankly I'm terrified of going on another antidepressant, but am feeling pretty tired and down and am tempted to give Manerix a try in case it is the one for me. At lease it seems to be quite easy to get off if it isn't any good, unlike, for me, fluoxetine - I still have side effects/withdrawal 7 weeks after stopping. Any comments to help me make up my mind would be appreciated.
