The moclobemide is definitely helping, though not to the extent I would like. I'm planning to increase soon to 600mg/d and decrease the bupropion to 225mg/d. I had some difficulty sleeping for the first couple weeks, but that's no longer a problem. Also, my libido has diminished, though my sexual ability has not. Otherwise I've had no side effects.
