I take Seroquel at night for sleep, and it does help me to fall asleep. When I started on it about a year ago, 25mg would put me out (was taking 10mg/day of Lexapro) Now it takes more like 75mg (and I have moved up to 20mg/day Lexapro).

I think my increased dosage of Seroquel has more to do with my Lexapro dosage than anything else.
The more Lex, the more Seroquel needed at night.
