Okay. So I just added 25 mgs to my cocktail of Trileptal and Desipramine and I have a few questions.
1) What's the deal with weight gain (at this dose)? I've heard conflicting reports. And, if weight gain IS a factor at 25 mgs, is that because of increased appetite or metabolic slowdown or both?
2) So far, I'm sleeping like a baby every night - for the first time in years. Will this always be the case or will this side effect go away and require increasing doses to fall asleep? How long does it take before that occurs, if it does?
3) Should my antidepressant prevent the depression that can sometimes occur with Seroquel?
4) What's the risk for tardive dyskenesia?
5) I think there is a P450 interaction between Seroquel and Trileptal. Can anyone clarify that for me?
