Sorry, should have answered this in the above post. Looking back at the pattern, it seems that you slept best on the nights when you took the kava with the remeron and no klonopin. Does that sound right? If so, I do not know what to tell you about any interactions, long or short term, between kava and remeron, although, logically it doesn't seem that there would be any since kava seems to act like a benzodiazepine and benzo's are OK with remeron. If anyone sees this and knows of any potentional interactions or side effects, I hope they will give some input.
