I put it on at night after brushing my teeth and washing my face etc. so I get all the goodness out of it. It works wonders and costs a fortune from the dermatologist's office. I've been using this tube for over a year. When I become very depressed and self care goes out the window, I don't bother to use it (so I guess that's why it's lasting so long).
