Well, I really think the start of a relationship can be game playing. It's almost like a tease. Maybe I understand the psychology of it too well. I've been in a number of serious relationships and understand what you are saying, but a couple of the best relationships I have ever been in have just been going out for a few weeks, and then diving in.Mind you, I did a LOT of 'pre-screening', but I spent much of the 'courting' time talking and talking AND talking with my partners. If I am interested in someone, I think life is way too short, and considering what I had went through and lost, maybe that even hammers it home more.
Especially as I get older, I approach it all very seriously. Maybe it's TOO serious..I dunno. But, do you understand what I am saying?
Thanks..
Jay
