I'm sorry your session went badly.*You* are not the monster. You may feel like one, but that doesn't make you one. Feelings and reality can be light-years apart. I know this from direct experience. (That knowledge does not cure the pain of my emotions, but it helps.)
Yes, you need unbiased support. From yourself, too.
I just think you and your T are not well-matched.
