Instant oatmeal
A few Tic Tacs
1 frozen dinner
Veggies with dip
1 pickle
1 large gummy candy
A large packed handful of Doritos
1 bowl rice
Some roasted duck
Some on choy
A couple of sips of frappuccino
Exercise: Walked 2.48 km
I didn't do so well today and it all started with eating the less
healthy frozen dinner instead of the lean cuisine-type meal with about
200 calories. I'm going to throw the rest of those dinners away to
create more room for the healthier versions. I don't know how to cook,
I think I should learn.
Tomorrow's plan:
Instant oatmeal
Lean cuisine-type dinner
A banana
Dinner with less than 200 g of rice
Exercise: Walk at least 2.48 kmCurrent weight: 118.6 lbs (guess I gained two pounds of water again)
Goal weight: 95
First mini goal: 110 lbsDeneb*
