1 packet instant oatmeal
1 fried curry meat filled bun
1/2 cup ice cream
lots of longan
Some Durian
3 cups of 10 vegetables juice
Some rice
Some crab
Some veggies
Some roasted duckI didn't follow the plan I made for myself because I went to my aunt's house for dinner. I ate a lot of fruit today and drank lots of veggie juice. I could have done without the fried curry bun and the ice cream.
