A bunch of cherry tomatoes
1 All Bran bar
1 bowl rice
Some roasted duck
Some shrimpTomorrow I'm going to weigh the amount of rice I eat. I sort of followed my plan.
I walked 1.9 km today. Tomorrow I want to walk twice that.
