I've just realized that the more I do it, the harder it is to stop. I get seriously tempted now whenever I eat something that is bad for me. I'm going to tell my pdoc tomorrow and ask him to tell me how dangerous it is for me.
Knowing all the bad things it can do to me makes me stop.
