>yes, vit E is fat soluble. so have to be careful on the amount you take. I take 200IU at breakfast and again at dinner. E has gotten good and bad hype through the years and is why I stopped taking supplemental E. But now, I wanted to do something that claims to help ovarian cysts, but found out it really made me feel a whole lot better instead, and got a good night's sleep for a change. Maybe when I used to take it over ten years ago, I didnt' attribute better sleep to the antioxidants!
