I took lactoferrin for a while. Is that the milk protein hydrolysate? I know lactoferrin is supposed to contain tryptophan or some such, it must be more than that. But what lactoferrin did for me was improve my gut function, better digestion, less wind etc. Supposed to be good for immunity. I stopped it because of the expense.
