Interesting that you find b vitamins make you more anxious, since I find to be the same with me. I cannot come up with any idea as to why this is so. Also, I find that magnesium in high doses makes me mentally slow (which makes me feel anxious), and sometimes shaky (similar to anxiety), and sometimes just kinda makes me feel depressive almost. Wonder why.
