Yes, but unfortunately it's loaded in mercury which can cause dementia if regularly consumed even a few times a month. Canned has a less mercury than fresh tuna, but still has some. Salmon is a better choice. I feel much safer with a lab analyzed fish oil formula that doesn't contain mercury- will state on the label. Also, omega 3 plant sources- flax seed oil, walnuts are great.
