I notice that my introversion vs. extroversion is shifted to the latter immediately after taking a decent dosage. I also slant more toward being grounded as opposed to imaginative and more positive vs. pessimistic.
Only after taking decent dosages consistenly for 2+ days do I notice significant mood-enhancing effects. It makes me feel "filled with happiness", joy, and Zoe :-)
I've been on and off fish oils many times, due to a variety of odd circumstances, however, the effects are generally the same every time.
Brands outside of Nature's Pharmaceuticals can give me an unhealthy stimulation. I go with the purity and potency of NP.
Unfortunately I'm out, and have been for a week or so.
