No those suplements won't do too harm. GABA and Niacin have some activity at the benzodiazapine receptor similar to valium.
Inostol, can help some forms of anxiety and panic. It purportedly can help to restore the sentitivity of serotogenic receptors.
As far as doses go. I don't really know what to say. Take whatever you want, the only restriction would be on niacin, as too high doses can dammage the liver.
