Hiya!
dont mean to sound like a desperate bugger but i am!!
I have been getting all this advice and then some say nooo thats not good and im just totally confused now!!I have GAD, constant and fearful worrying that take over my poor poor brain!
I have thought of these and r they any good?
Vit B-50.. 1-2 a day
fish oil.. metagneics brand, 500mg EPA 90-100mg DHA per cap, work up slowly to mabie 4-6 a day.
a good multivitamin once a day
a cal/mag supplement.. not sure how much is good
Mabie niacinamide on the rough days if it works, between 1-4 500mg.
What does lecithin do? i know taking too much can cause nausea so i will go under 1000mg, or will that not be good enough?
Do i need any serotoin supplements or do GAD suffer's not do good with them?
Any input please! i have posted alot i know but i am just in a wizz about it all!!!
