You are definately taking too much. There is a lot of overlap in the suplements you are taking.
Don't take to much lecethin, as the choline content can exasperate panic attacks. Choline, and phosphatly-serine, the contents of lecethin, boost dopamine levels, and can exasperate some anxieties.
Personally, I would clean out your system for two weeks, by drinking clean water, and just eating healthy - no supplements. Then, after this time asses your symptoms to see what the underlying disease is.Go to a health store and get a nutritional analysis done - to see what vitamins and minerals you are actually deficiant in. Suppement accordingly.
If you are still experiencing considerable ongoing anxiety, then you likely have a bad
gene coding for the serotonin transport system. Ie you may need to take low dose medication.I was exactly where you were 2 years ago. I had horrible anxiety, and panic attacks, and I supplemented with everything under the roof. Sure it felt good knowing you were trying to do something about it but, eventually the anxiety was so bad I was in the hospital.
I started a low dose of antidepressant. Then got a nutritional analysis done which revealed I was extremely high everthing except for folic acid.
Unfortunaltey some of us have been given bad genes to start with. And if this is so, you will reach a nutritional plateau where you will only feel worse by adding more supplements.
Its just like a person with bad cholesterol genes. Some of these people can eat only oatmeal and still have cholesterol through the roof. For these people, the medication corrects the problem that nature gave them.
Best of Luck
