I agree on that too!!!

At winter time when the sun is going down at 4 pm, I need to sleep less and get up early in the morning and can be functional and have more energy... At summer time when the sun last until 9 pm, it's hard to go to sleep, also in the morning I need to stay in my bed and have no energy at all...

Right now, right in a middle of a heat wave, my main problem is the high heart rate!!! That's triggering a lot of panic attacks... My heart rate when I go out is 140 and more since its hard to count it since my heart beat so fast and as soon as I enter in the house it's return to 84. It's a big difference... And when I sit outside under the sun the heart rate will be above 120 and sit inside the house (central air conditioning) its 80 maximum... Is it what we call pots? My cardiologist mention it to me but don't order tests for it... He told me to drink salty liquid...I already do that and drink more than 6 bootles of 500ml water day not counting the milk and some herbal tea without caffeine of course... The cardio Doc also suggest that I may have dysautonomia... But again no test... And the beta blocker don't reduce the heart rate anymore and I try all of the with the exception of the Coreg since my blood pressure is running on the low side already... Deep breathing don't reduce the high pulse rate... Exercise is impossible and just standing or taking my shower will bring the heart rate up in the 160... And the funny thing is that I had a holter monitor 24 h 2 weeks ago and the high heart rate didn't show up, we had normal temperature outside and rain that day... So the cardio Doc don't want to see me anymore and blame the anxiety for all my heart symptoms and blame also a deconditioning physical state!!!

Anyway... I feel like I do extreme physical exercise by only standing and walking around the house and that left me very tired physically...

Ok, I'm not active physically since 3 years... I admit that I avoid exercise since my anxiety is severe to not trigger more panic attacks and the fact that I didn't exercise since 3 years may be a major key factor to my weak heart pumping function... But feeling like I exercise all the time even when I'm sit is exhausting and don't encourage me to do real physical exercise...

Well, out of topic, sorry... Had to write it this morning since I feel so bad and nobody to talk about it... Didn't see my psychologist since 2 months cause I don't have enough money to go see her... In August will go see her for sure, it's not helpful to reduce my anxiety but talking to someone about what I live, someone neutral, make me feel better...
