It's somewhat the same for me... I like fall and spring... I also love winter but the lack of light make me feel more depress in a way, even if I don't have depression... But also too much light or sunlight lead to bad mood also, who is weird...

I had very bad hay fever when I was younger, I remember that as a child, my mom had to give to me 4 doses a day of the liquid antihistaminic call chlortripolon... It was a lot sedating and remember the side effects from it like it was yesterday... I think it's one of the older antihistaminic with serotonin and noradrenaline reputake inhibitor effect, those old meds lead to the discovery of the ssri and srni. I don't know if the fact that my mom give it to me when I was so young for many years disturb my brains???

Now I still have pollen allergies but I don't take meds for this... It's worse in spring and late summer... Grass is for me the worse allergen... But it don't bother me, anxiety bother me a lot more than allergies!!! Lol

We have a heat wave here since 3 days, it will last for another 3 days. It's so humid and hot outside that I can't get out of the house at all... I did go out 5 minutes late in the afternoon and I had to return inside the house cause I was about to faint... My heart rate increase so much and my internal temperature increase too much also and I can't stay outside at all... Even going outside where it hot and humid and return in a very cold house with the central air conditioning is hard for my body... I have bad migraine because of this so I stay inside... Everyone in the neighbours seem to be happy with the heat wave, they eat outside, swim in their pool, play outside... Me I'm stuck inside and I'm tired of that whole situation...

Anyway, can't wait to have normal heat without humidity... Can stay outside 30 min but not under the sun... And have to drink plenty of water to feel ok...

I must have a problem with my central nervous system cause I wasn't like that before...
