Hi Jennifer, do you feel like that since a long time? Are you living in a country where it's hot all the time or a country like mine where we have short summer who are really hot and humid and long winter when it's cold?

Like I was saying, since summer 2011, I feel that way... The cold compress is something I start last summer but only need it for my headache at first... Since 10 months I use them all the time... I get used to them and if I have to get out and can't have a cold compress on my head and one on my neck I feel very bad... So I guess it wasn't a good idea to start using them all the time and that my body now need them to cool down... I did try to stop using them at daytime but I didn't last than 2 days and had to start using them again all the time... I bough them at Walmart, they are very cold, but stay flexible, have 20 of them in the freezer so always have them ready to use... They stay cold 1 hour...

Anyway, I hate summer now because of that... It's lasting only 4 months and was used to enjoy summer so bad, now I just feel horrible with all the symptoms that the heat bring on...
