Yes I agree...longer day are for me worse... I always feel better 1 hour before bedtime... It's like the heat amplify the anxiety and too much light make me feel more anxious as well... Have difficulty with artificial lights.. At the Walmart for example the lights there make me feel sooooo anxious, I see them like they are flashing.... Apparently people's prone to migraine and anxiety all have problems with fluorescent lamps...
