While I haven't reached full remission yet, my robust response to my current treatment regime has been a surprise to me; this, after 30 years of treatment failures. I cannot say with certainty that you are likely to respond to prazosin or minocycline, but it is certain that you cannot pronounce yourself untreatable until you do.
