>I'm glad you at least got some sleep. I know the cycle. Sometimes not sleeping makes me so frustrated that I can't sleep that the frustration prevents me from sleeping. That's when I try meditation and reading. Sometimes it's best to just get up and do something because it's a lost cause.
On Trazodone, I rarely experience this. However, when it hits it can mess me up for days because my rhythm is off.
