i never went to sleep. i'm such a neurotic mess that everytime i almost fell asleep i would worry that my bladder was full. i've been to the bathroom 17,000 times tonight.

My biggest problem now is what to do with myself for the next 8.5 hours. My gym opens at 5, so I might as well go there and sit on the recumbent bike and watch awful morning shows.
