I sleep walk and sleep eat on the benzos and ambien/lunesta. Plus, ambien keeps me asleep for 4 hours at most, and I have a history of abusing it and the benzos.

I'm just asking b/c I've personally found that drugs designed for sleep (or benzos in sufficient doses to induce sleep) are usually less mind-numbing and easier to deal with than trazodone.
