No dear, I am sorry to say, I am not at all better today. I get air into my lungs... it just isn't doing it's job when it gets there.
I wish it could be as simple a fix as stopping the Xanax, because I don't need it for anxiety.... just got into the habit of taking it to go to sleep when I started the patch, but there are other solutions to that problem.
From what I have read here and other places, it takes alot more Xanax than I am taking to cause respiratory problems.
I had to get some help to do the routine feeding this morning, and all horse training is stopped until I can get to the bottom of this.
Did NOT see this coming.
