If provigil does antagonize presynaptic noradrenergic autoreceptors resulting in increased NE, wouldn't this classify it as a sympathomimetic?

Or perhaps not since I don't think Strattera is considered a sympathomimetic. I wonder then what is the technical definition of a sympathomimetic.
