The side effects off K can are sedating for the first few weeks. Grudual increase is typicaly prescribed. If you are prone to depression then an anti depressent may need to be iincluded. I am unable to tolerate SSRIs without K. I take 5mg of LEX with K and at this point feel neither. I have no anxeity or depression. I have a full range of emotions and haave not felt better in 20 years. Each individual needs to find the right combo for themselves.
