I take 1.5 K at 10PM and 1/4 twice during the day. I have tried taking 2MG at night and none during the day and I sleep better but begin to feel edgy around 8PM so prefer the split dosage. 2-3 MG daily for GAD is not unusual. Those taking 6 MG a day must have different body chemistry than me. I would be in a trance all day. I have never built up a tolerance to K.. Social anxiety can be debilitating. If 2 MG daily improves your quality of life and removes social anxiety you have my (and more importantly your doctors) support. I know you have tried other meds. Youe were extremely helpful with posting on your Lyrica attempt at the same time I was attempting to switch to it. Social anxiety is more encompassing than its label implies.
