2mg of Klonopin at night for social anxiety? Tell your Dr. to go either give up his license or go back to school. And yes, Klonopin is known to disrupt REM sleep cycles.

Though taking Lunesta on occation helps some it's not the answer and I'm beginning to wonder if benzo's keep you from getting to REM4 stage of sleep. I wonder if I'd do better by taking the dose in the morning? Any thoughts?
