You have to try the Inderal, it acts directly on your heart to slow it & relax it. If you have tablets, snap one in half & try it, it won't kill you, you may even prefer it. If your heart is restrained from palipations, you will start to feel a lot less wound up because you won't be worried about your heart beating out of your chest. Some people tell you not to take it because it is depressing, but Valium is much more depressing!

What is your blood pressure like generally?

My general advice is you are going to have to 'doctor shop' to get one that you like, but you aren't ever going to find one that is going to let you have unlimited Valium.

Cheers,
Panda.
