First off, you need to call your doc and let him know what's going on!
So, are you taking the remeron, or nothing at all?
As long as it's ok with your doc and/or you've taken it before, you might want to get some valium in you. There's no reason to suffer like this.
I don't know what your diagnosis is, but I've always had good luck with remeron. Very calming for me and lifted depression. Weight gain was my only issue.
