> I am not going to see my physc again she signed me of.. i will have to wait another year to see her, and i aint gonna bother going to my doctor, it will be a waste of time, its bank holiday weekend now and there will be no doctors available in my area till tuesday unless i go to the hospital, I still have palpitations today, i am not going to bother lightening a ciggerette up, i dont drink caffiene i been drinking dcaf, i havent eaten chocolate or sugary foods, yesterday i had a bowl of cereal for breaky, ham roll with low fat butter for lunch then a further 2 ham rolls for dinner and that all i had all day o and 1 cup of de caf and about 3 litres of water, thats it, i woke this mrning still having palpitations, it must be anxiety then cus if it were a heart attack i would have griping pain.. i am stressed at this moment cus i got my 4 yr old daughter winging in my ear to go out to play but because i dont feel very well i dont want her to go out.. my heart rate is currently in the 70's which is good for me, (usually in its 80's-90's)i might take a valium now to keep me calm today..

Hi Donna,

Have you ever tried the Inderal? What happened when you did? Betaloc is a good one to try too, it's more selective. These are good & safe drugs, they can save you from congestive heart failure while no amount of Valium can.
