What are you on now? Do you have GAD or panic attacks or some other anxiety? Are you depressed?
Me, I have depression but strong GAD (can't figure out if one causes the other)--the GAD manifests itself with lumps in my throat and tightness in my chest -- these feelings are constant and last for hours on end, they are nothing like a panic attack--which I have only had when smoking too much marijuana, which I don't use anymore.
