Both desipramine and nortriptyline are rather energizing, and you have lot's of room to play with doseage levels. Also, you may *not* experience the stiffness in your joints with these meds. I really think your fatigue may be caused by the excessive stimulation of your meds,

You may also benefit from a combo of a tricyclic and another of your meds. Tricyclics have a *strong* track record, and I think even much stronger than any of the newer medications. When they work, *they work*, period, and they seem much less to 'poop-out'. You may also want to try Protriptyline, if it is available where you are, as it is the most stimulating tricyclic.

I have tried The tricyclics before amtriptyline with Wellbutrin, once was on Imipramine without Wellbutrin, didn't at all unless I took Wellbutrin, but the combination didn't do the job either. Finding a Doctor that works with combinations of meds isn't easy either, I have had many doctors turn me away, saying they couldn't treat me. Thanks for your input.
