Jay,
I take 50 mgs of nortryptline and have had boughts of recurring depression/sleep problems when I excercise. I have started and stopped workouts many times and the same things has happened. Docs have no explanation, but Colin Wallace had the same thing with amitryptline, but not with imiprimine I believe. Sedating drug problems?? I have no explanation either and am trying to switch so I can help myself. This has been a very difficult problem so I would go for another TCA if I was starting over again. Just some thoughts. take care
