I think my all-time favourite cartoon was one by a Canadian guy (he's in a wheelchair & for the life of me I just can't think of his name). In the picture were these two big doors with a "Psychiatric Ward" sign above them. Hanging on the door handles was this little sign like you see in hotels "Please Do Not Disturb - Any Further"
