If I could, I'd tell them to tough it out rather than having to go throw withdrawal if/when they decide to stop.
Me too. I expect the same thing will happen anyway when I eventually quit my HRT. I think I could stand the hot flashes during the day but I hate waking up soaking wet and I hate not being able to sleep.
