Day 5 of no Effexor since the last paltry 5 mg dose. I'm feeling the edge of dizziness, but exhausted from a crazy work day, and I think this is the familiar "stop working, you need to rest!" feeling, so I have great hope that it might be over.
Actually, I find working to be helping. I get involved in what I'm doing and don't sit around noticing *how* I feel all the time. Now I just have to balance being productive with exercise, relaxation time, and taking care of myself and all will be fine.
