My mother was like "you have only been there for two weeks". There is always this tendency to belittle things that i do. Its been 7 weeks. Like when i wanted to study psychology in the united states. Who knows? Would they have been supportive of that idea i might not be in this predicament right now.

I have been at the vocational rehab place again. Staying at home is even worse. I want to move forward also physically. Its my hobby! But the rehab takes a toll, i dont have unlimited energy.

I dread the farewells. They make a huge deal out of it. I will tell them i dont want a ceremony. I dont like to make a great stir of myself and i would be deeply embarrassed by such a ceremony like i have witnessed today!

I like to count the calories because its a good sign of how much work i have done. Our treadmills and cross trainers have this function where you enter your target calories and then it shows you how many you already burned and how much you still have to burn. This way i dont have to calculate with time and distance. I think this way its easier for me to track my progress!
