I agree. Masters level PTs really have a lot to offer. They usually do an hour assessment to figure out the level of disability, weaknesses or overuse where you compensate or avoid using muscles because of pain, exercises to build up surrounding muscles, etc. I had lots of PT after two hip surgeries and a really bad ankle fracture and surgery. I really don't think I would have walked again despite the surgery had it not been for PT.
