I opened my mouth in the shower to just rinse my mouth out. I have crowns on my two upper front teeth and one other beside those. Those teeth were shattered by a beer bottle.
When the water hit those crowns it knocked one off but i caught it before it went down the drain. I'll stick to flossing.
