It is possable to roll back to IE56,however its not a extremly simple process,its a bit drawn out for the average user.

Im personaly not even sure if IE7 is out of beta yet?I know a customer of mine was automaticaly updated because she has some windows software running and i dont think she ever saw the split second option asking if you want to.

Nevertheless i have to visit there and toll it back,the instructions to do so are abundant using those keywords on google,but again its not hard but not a as simple as add/remove a program that ur everydau user would do.
