Your looking at Geek Squad right here,i was part of Best Buy when they took on that iddiotic project,the fees are horrid.
Anyway,let me recomend this if u can do this,first obviously save whatever u can,however u can,usb key drives are great,burn to a cd etc.
Second just swipe it,im assuming you have a RESTORE CD,your offline message makes me believe its your connection and that is a easy problem,however since you just removed a virus that would instead lead me to believe that this is a big problem.
